XCT-402全自动卧式圆瓶贴标机

【基本用途】

适用于站立输送时不太平稳的圆瓶圆周贴标,自动上料，自动贴标。采用卧式 输送方式，增加输送的平稳性，提高贴标精度。

可加大输送滚筒的直径以及滚筒之间的间距，满足更大直径的产品贴标。

可修改输送滚筒的锥度,满足小锥度瓶子贴标。

如：免钉胶管、固体胶管、化妆品圆瓶、唇膏、口服液瓶、泡腾片瓶、抽血试管、电子烟液瓶、电池、火腿肠、圆珠笔等贴标。

Basic Usage

It is suitable for labeling the non-free standing round bottle while conveying. It is automatic feeding and automatic labeling. Adopting horizontal conveying mode, it' II increase the smoothness of conveying and improve the labeling precision.

We can increase the diameter of the conveyor roller and the distance between the rollers to meet the larger diameter of the product labeling.

We can modify the taper of the conveying roller to meet the small taper bottle labeling.

Such as: nail-free hose, solid hose, cosmetic round bottle, lipstick, oral liquid bottles, effervescent tablets bottles, blood test tubes, electronic cigarette bottles, batteries, ham, ballpoint pen and other labeling.
